Demand is growing across SaaS transformations, IoT backends, and mission-critical enterprise workloads. We’re expanding our senior Solution Architect team to lead the design and delivery of high-impact infrastructure solutions.

What you’ll do

Lead complex, business-critical projects and guide customers as they evolve their infrastructure across traditional, cloud-native, and hybrid environments.

Key responsibilities

  • Initial discovery: Collaborate with tech leads and stakeholders to understand business goals, budget, and technical needs.
  • Solution design: Create scalable, secure, cost-efficient architectures spanning compute, networking, security, and licensing.
  • Design validation: Prototype/PoC to de-risk complex or novel implementations.
  • Delivery: Oversee implementation with strong technical governance; mentor delivery engineers.
  • Continuous improvement: Recommend automation, optimization, and long-term scalability strategies for production.

What we’re looking for

Must-haves

  • 5+ years designing and deploying infrastructure solutions (on-prem, cloud, or hybrid).

  • Strong Linux background and experience with VMware or KVM.

  • Solid networking fundamentals: routing, firewalls, VPNs, load balancing; advanced networking is a plus.

  • Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem (Windows Server, Active Directory, licensing).

  • Proven experience with resilient, high-availability architectures.

  • Comfortable working directly with customers and navigating ambiguity to co-create solutions.

  • Awareness of modern application architecture and developer practices (no day-to-day coding, but empathy for dev teams is valuable).

  • Fluent Swedish and English; able to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience designing multi-tier solution stacks.

  • Background in consulting/Professional Services.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS SA Pro, Azure Architect, VCP, RHCE).

  • Hands-on with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).

  • Familiarity with regulated industries (finance, public sector) or sustainability-driven infrastructure goals.
