What SLA options are available?

We offer three SLA levels – Basic, Bronze and Gold – so you can choose the service level that matches your business requirements.

Gold provides 99.95% guaranteed availability, 24/7 SLA monitoring and a maximum response time of one hour around the clock. Bronze provides 99.7% guaranteed availability and 24/7 SLA monitoring, while Basic provides 99.3% guaranteed availability during service hours on weekdays from 08:00 to 17:00.
