These strategic objectives will position Glesys as a sustainability and corporate responsibility leader, ensuring that we contribute positively to society while minimizing our environmental footprint.

  1. Achieve carbon neutrality: We commit to becoming fully carbon-neutral through energy-efficient practices, renewable energy adoption, and offsetting residual emissions.
  2. Circular economy and minimal waste: We will implement a circular economy approach, minimizing waste sent to landfills and maximizing resource reuse and recycling.
  3. Foster a thriving and inclusive workforce: We are committed to promoting diversity, ensuring equal opportunities, and enhancing employee well-being, with the goal of achieving and maintaining a best-in-class eNPS of 80.

The CEO is responsible for the annual review of this policy to ensure its relevance and effectiveness.
