Sustainability is integrated into Pori data center operations from the start. The data center is powered by 100% renewable electricity, it also has its own 2600m2 solar power plant. The bedrock reduced the need for cooling, thus improving the energy efficiency of the site. In addition, it benefits from the Nordic cool climate to have efficient direct free cooling in place.

The data center is carrier neutral and offers access to to multiple carriers and dark fiber option enabling flexible and redundant network possibilities. This allows customers to build network architectures aligned with long-term operational requirements.

The data center have been designed to comply with Tier III level. Secure 24/7 access, remote hands services, and clearly defined operational procedures ensure that infrastructure can be managed efficiently, consistently, and without unnecessary complexity. The tunnels are independent allowing datahalls to be separate from one another.

Due to its nature as bedrock facility, the data center provides built-in security enhanced with modern technical solutions such as CCTV, biometric controls, and strict access management. The facility is certified according to ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 22301 and Katakri.
