Service includes setting up web pages in a server, installation and safety updates of server applications. Management of user accounts and privileges, documentation of software and scheduling tasks with Cron is also included.
General server administration
Service includes installation and documentation of servers, replacement and repairs of broken hardware, installation and maintenance of operating system, as well as managing and monitoring of the firewall. We also mount backups and make sure they work.
Monitoring with alarms
We make sure that your server is always accessible. We also monitor processor and memory usage, as well as making sure the hard drive is doing fine.

How everything works
Before the project starts we compile a comprehensive overview of your requirements and based on that we suggest a variety of solutions.
When we agree upon a solution and pricing, we install all systems and hand it over to you for testing, to make sure everything is working as expected. Together we make any adjustments needed. Lastly we will run tests in our monitoring of all services, to take measures if something is not working properly to your specifications. We also make sure that we can contact you in case of any disruptions of service or any other anomalies.
When you need something done to the system as an admin or root, you contact our technicians who will make sure any changes are done properly. All changes are documented, making sure proper maintenance can be done.
Pricing
The service always has a fixed monthly price at €110.31 to simplify matters for all involved. This price is only subject to change if the parameters of the service is changed or if it is complemented with more components.
