Features at a Glance

We offer a wide range of remote hands services, including:

  • On-site technical assistance
  • Hardware installations
  • Interface card removal and installation
  • Simple troubleshooting
  • Patching equipment to a patch panel based on a supplied patching schedule
  • Inventory of equipment, recording serial numbers, and capturing the installation status with digital photos.
  • Shipping and receiving activities

Availability

Remote Hands is available in all our data centers during business hours. However, if a customer needs Colocation in a partner data center, the customer must negotiate the Remote Hands Service.

Business hours per site:

  • dc-fbg1 (our DC in Falkenberg, Sweden) – Monday to Friday, between 08:00 to 17:00 (CET/CEST)
  • dc-sto1 (our DC in Stockholm, Sweden) – Monday to Friday, between 08:00 to 17:00 (CET/CEST)
  • dc-oul1 (our DC in Oulu, Finland) – Monday to Friday, between 07:00 to 15:00 (CET/CEST)

Response time to requests

We will assist you as quickly as possible, but it may take two business days to begin the task, depending on the workload.
