Right of withdrawal

According to the Act on Distance Contracts (2005:59), consumers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days from the date of entering into the contract for a service. By entering into the Contract, the Customer agrees that performance of the consumer service ordered commences immediately after the purchase and that there is no right of withdrawal once the service has been rendered. As there is no right of withdrawal, GleSYS is entitled to charge the Customer for all the time the service is used pursuant to the Contract.
